when my friend was diagnosed with SAD, Seasonal affective disorder, I researchng the condition... I found book recommended in an artical I that I cut and pasted into the post I presented here on this site about S.A.D. I'm going to give her a copy of this book for her birthday... Good luck to everyone out there who is dealing with this condition...
