Steven G. Aldana, PH. D. addresses America's "health crisis" and how our daily choices affect our health. He shows how to resolve this crisis through making the right choices and getting on the right track to a healthy life.

Through Aldana's years as a professor and researcher, he frequented hospitals and was amazed at the number of patients with chronic diseases. Hearing "cardiologists, surgeons, and other physicians complain that they felt almost powerless to stop the tide of chronic diseases they were seeing every day" caused Aldana to question what he had learned. It motivated him to further explore the true causes of most poor health.

This book is not opinion based. Aldana uses research from several sources to determine his findings and then relays the comprehensive results in an easy-to-understand language.

The Culprit & The Cure changed my way of thinking about nutrition. It showed me how to change my approach to a healthy lifestyle, and it showed me how this change can help reverse the damage my poor choices have already done.
