January 27, 2009 12:20 PM I found this to be a very helpful guide to dealing with my chronic pain issues. It was the first book I every found to be truely insightful into my chronic pain disorder in a compassionate and empathetic manner without mking me feel like I was a big baby and was not able to tolerte pain even in a small way. I found other books that I read before this one to be a lost waste of time and money. this book I found to be a wonderful book that i will keep s an educational resource guide that i will use many timdes in the future. I think it is a great resouceful guide that will not just sit in a box in the garage or attic and never be used again. It will be a guide on my resource shelf in my library at home where I keep my medical research/resource tools that I use frequently for information to not only help myself but others. ![]() |
