Configuring Movable Type for Updates

1. Log in to Movable Type.
2. Select "Blog Settings" from the Preferences menu.
   
3. Select "Web Services" from the links on the left.
   
4. Enter your ping URL (see the About Diabetes Blogs page) in the "External Notifications" text field.
   
5. Save your changes.
