Check out Diabetes Training Online, from the University of California, San Francisco. The have separate curriculum for Type 1 and Type 2. It is totally free. I know quite a few people whose insurance won’t pay to send them to diabetes class, this could be…

Thank you for the information. I feel that I still do not understand how to control my type II very well. I have been diabetic for over 24 years and have never been given any help.

What I need is to get recipes for low-sugar,low-salt, and low-possatium recipes or a book on that type of diet or meal plan.
