Check out Diabetes Training Online, from the University of California, San Francisco. The have separate curriculum for Type 1 and Type 2. It is totally free.
I know quite a few people whose insurance won’t pay to send them to diabetes class, this could be

Add your commentWe just got back from Subway and I saw the guy taking all of the bread out of the Sub for the guy in front of me. I asked him what he was doing and he said that they just launched a diabetic Menu. http://www.subwayscoopit.com/

I haven't completed the training on that site but I did begin it. The information on the site is easy to understand and is a wonderful way to learn more to help myself.

What I need is to get recipes for low-sugar,low-salt, and low-possatium recipes or a book on that type of diet or meal plan.
If not every college at least there could be more . It would give more people access to good education vs myths.
