I'm 61 and was in terrible shape. I Read Dr.B's book and it has changed my life. I'm a meat eater and can live with out the carbohydrates. Before my last visit to the Dr. my A1c was 7+ now it's 5-. His book has help me make the decision to choose life and my health is 100% better for it. So I participate.
