i have type2 diabetes and i donot know much on how to manage my sugar they keep running high and i am not eatting to much of stuff that i am not supost to eat and i have cut way back on my carbs and i am on a pill to try and help but it's not quit do much to help so what more can i do i also losted 10lbs so can you tell me what else i can do to get my sugar down to where it should be are close to where it is supost to be cause i need to do something befor i get put on insullin so please let me know thank you so very much
